Highly regarded and extremely versatile, Joseph Maine’s artistic background includes editorial shoots, runway creations and a loyal following of elite clients at his”home base,” New York’s prestigious Serge Normant salon.

Joseph’s work has been featured in W Magazine, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Martha Stewart Magazine, Family Circle and more, as well as on red carpets and press events all over the country. He has styled global campaigns for Ralph Lauren, Polo and Polo Kids and also worked with brands such as Bergdorf Goodman, Bobbi Brown, Tiffany’s, Mac Cosmetics and countless others.

A veteran of New York’s Fashion Week, he creates runway hair looks every season for designers Rodarte, L’wren Scott, Guess, Kate Spade, Rachel Zoe, Tibi and more.

Always evolving his craft, Joseph is in constant demand by clients and stylists eager to experience his latest cutting edge techniques, honed in the salon, on runways and red carpets.

Jason Lee is a celebrity stylist and award-winning colorist (winner of L'Oreal Color Trophy, Canada 2000)  based in Toronto, Canada. Reputed for his salon, Jason Lee Salon, where “all the cool kids go”, Jason was recognized as the season one winner of Canada's reality series Superstar Hair Challenge. He's also known as  “the guy who danced with Madonna” (a story he loves to share!) When not in Toronto, he is a stylist at Serge Normant in NYC.

In his element when it comes to working with clients and educating up-and-coming stylists, Lee’s work beyond the salon includes appearances on E!, Slice, CTV, Entertainment Tonight Canada and CBC's the Goods. He's also worked back stage for top designers at New York and Brooklyn Fashion Weeks.

Artist, showman and teacher, Lee is adept at translating trends into chic, wearable styles. Known for his own brand of “Wow”, Lee blends knowledge and excitement in his role as a Color Wow educator.

Famed international session stylist, Leon brings years of experience working with top celebrities, fashion houses and editorial shoots to educate and inspire salon pros.

From his early days on the London scene working with master stylists John Frieda, Kerry Warn, Luigi Mureno, Leon has worked with luminaries and celebrities like Kate Moss and Queen Rania Al Abdullah and has had editorial work appear in British, Spanish and Mexican Vogue, InStyle, People, Harper’s Bazaar, Forbes, New York, Men’s Health and W Magazine…among countless others.

He has helped shape the campaigns of iconic fashion houses like Valentino and Miu Miu, and has collaborated with many fashion designers, including Prada, Gucci, Ferragamo, Givenchy on their runway shows in Milan, Paris and London.

Leon’s international viewpoint and behind-the-scenes savvy, cultivated in the world of high-stakes high fashion, make him a dynamic in-demand educator for Color Wow.




A third generation stylist, Tim broke from a family tradition to pursue a business degree. While attending the University of Missouri he realized his true passion was to work in the beauty industry, so he left school to follow in his family’s footsteps and became a licensed professional in 2009. While working as a full time stylist he decided to simultaneously complete his degree in business from the University of Missouri, Saint Louis. In 2014, Tim merged his business and cosmetology backgrounds and joined Modern Salon Services as a sales consultant and educator.

His exceptional wealth of salon experience, from all points of view, makes Tim a highly knowledgeable and sought-after Color Wow educator.

FUN FACT ABOUT TIM: He was a contestant on American Idol and made it to the final 75!



Education Specialist

Virtuoso colorist and veteran color instructor, Ralpheal Tello has been lifting color… and uplifting stylists…at salons, seminars and major beauty shows for over 30 years.

From his early days in prestigious Orange County salons to his notable success as a prominent educator for major hair companies Ralpheal’s cool, native LA vibe translates into the color work he creates and his own personal presentation style. Dedicated to non-stop learning and non-stop teaching, Raphael attained a high level of technical mastery as a Master Colorist for Rusk and through his extensive experience at Sebastian, Redken, Paul Mitchell, Wella, Matrix and Hair Color Experts but still views himself as a lifetime student, insatiably curious about perfecting his craft and expanding his knowledge base.

Viewing education as the key to advancement and success, Raphael brings his deep knowledge and inspiring commitment to every venue that provides him the opportunity to “teach hairstylists about the new technologies that let them grow to be the best they can be!”
