To start spray your hair with a texturizing spray, our pick is Style on Steroids because it’s got a built in heat protectant. On the first layer of hair, create a wave in your hair using a deep waver. On the next layer of hair, use a small curling iron to create waves. Continue alternatively between using the deep wave and small curling iron, layer by layer, to create texture that builds up on itself as opposed to falling together.

If you want to apply hair extensions, do so after waving your hair. Here’s how to apply clip-in extensions:

1. Spray your hair with Cult Favorite and tease your hair with a teasing comb to give the extensions a solid base to clip into. Then clip the extensions into the teased root.

2. To blend the extensions, curl a few pieces on a small curling iron.

3. Continue adding extensions and blending them until you reach the crown.

Next pull the top section of your hair into a ponytail. To make the look super smooth use the Dream Smooth Paddle Brush in combination with Cult Favorite hairspray. Secure in place with an elastic.

To tame flyaways, spray a toothbrush with hairspray and gently brush back any loose strands. Then fill in any gaps in your hairline with Root Cover Up.

Start by spraying Raise the Root throughout your roots for extra hold. Then blow-dry hair in the direction of the ponytail using the Dream Smooth Paddle Brush. Gather the hair into a high ponytail securing in place with an elastic and a hair bungee on top for added hold. Lock your strands in place with a hairspray like Cult Favorite.

To tame flyaways, spray a toothbrush with hairspray and gently brush strands back. Next tease your ponytail with Style on Steroids for added texture and volume. Secure the large hair donut at the base of your ponytail with bobby pins. Then wrap hair around donut and secure with a small hair elastic so that the ends are hanging out like a small ponytail. Smooth the hair with hairspray as needed.

Next place the small donut on top of the large donut, in the middle of your mini ponytail. Wrap the remaining hair around the donut. Secure with another elastic and tuck remaining hair into the center of the donut. Thicken and perfect your hairline with Root Cover Up as desired.
