What delivery options do you offer?

We offer Standard Delivery only and all orders are shipped by either USPS or UPS.
Orders placed by 1pm on a business day (Monday thru Friday) should be delivered within 7 business days from your order date. We can not control delays by the delivery carriers which may extend that timeframe.
We are currently only shipping domestic orders at this time.

How do I know my order was successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't see it, it could be in your SPAM folder. When ordering online as a registered customer, you can always double check that an order has been successful by checking your order history. To do this, go to ‘My Account’ and then select ‘My order history’. This will show you all successful orders along with the order status.

Can I track my order?
Yes.  You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is ready to be shipped. The email will include a link which will enable you to track your order. Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again the following day.

Do you deliver to military bases?
Yes, please enter your delivery address during checkout.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. If it is already after 7 business days, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to investigate this for you.

Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
