What delivery options do you offer?
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail.
UK Orders placed by 12pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) should be delivered within 3 business days from your order date.
UK Orders over £35 – Free
UK Orders under or equal to £35 – £3.95
Can I track my order?
We dispatch our orders via Royal Mail. When you receive your dispatch/shipping confirmation, within the body of the email we will include a link to the Royal Mail website, which will then enable you to Track & Trace your parcel. Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again a little later.
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
When ordering online, an email confirmation would be generated and sent to you where you would be able to see the details of the order you placed.
If you are a registered customer and logged in to your account to place an order, you can always double check that an order has been successful by checking your order history. To do this, go to ‘My Account’ and then select ‘My order history’. This will show you all successful orders along with the order status. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your UK order to arrive. If you have still not received your order after this time, please email us at [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)20 7229 5757 and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We currently only deliver to the UK.
Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
