As many of you will be aware, travel links between the United Kingdom and many EU countries, including France, have been suspended. Ferry ports as well as the Eurotunnel service have been closed with a mounting backlog. As a result of this, to avoid disappointment, we are currently unable to accept and fulfil any orders from outside of the UK. 
 
In addition to this, as of midnight on 31st December 2020, the UK will no longer be part of the EU. This will also have an impact on orders placed from outside of the UK. Please bear with us as we work extremely hard to find new solutions so that we can get Color Wow products back to you as soon as possible. If you are in desperate need of a Color Wow fix please contact our customer services team so that we can try to advise you on the best place to shop locally.

What delivery options do you offer?

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail.

UK Orders placed by 2pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) should be delivered within 7 business days from your order date. For EU orders, this could take up to 10 business days.

UK Orders over £35 – Free

UK Orders under £35 – £3.50

EU Orders of any value – £7.50

 

Can I track my order?

At this time, only orders made in the UK can be tracked.

We dispatch our orders via Royal Mail. When you receive your dispatch/shipping confirmation, within the body of the email we will include a link to the Royal Mail website, which will then enable you to Track & Trace your parcel. Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again a little later. 

 

How do I know my order was successfully placed?

When ordering online, an email confirmation would be generated and sent to you where you would be able to see the details of the order you placed.

If you are a registered customer and logged in to your account to place an order, you can always double check that an order has been successful by checking your order history. To do this, go to ‘My Account’ and then select ‘My order history’. This will show you all successful orders along with the order status. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your UK order and 10 business days for your EU orders to arrive as we put vital safety measures in place. If it is over this time, please email us at [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)20 7229 5757 and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Do you deliver worldwide?

We currently only deliver to UK and European destinations. Some products, classified as "hazardous", cannot be delivered outside of the UK. These are:

 - Cult Favorite
 - Style on Steroids
 - Color Control Foams
 - Extra Shine Spray

All other countries will not be shipped the above mentioned items.

 

Will I have to pay customs charges or duties for my EU order?

No. (This might change after Brexit)

 

Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
