Does Color Wow Dream Filter work?

Dream Filter contains two molecular filters and two polymeric filters that effectively encapsulate metals and minerals in your hair (including manganese, iron, calcium, magnesium, chlorine and others typically found in tap water and well water) so that when you rinse your hair, these minerals are removed.
